Two networks share chain ID 242424

The Arcade Union devnet also reports 242424, and it is a different network with different state. eth_chainId cannot tell them apart — only the host and path can. This host is always the Fuji L1. The devnet lives at rpc.arcadeunion.com under its own blockchain ID. A wallet cannot hold both at once under the same chain ID, so pick one.

Notes

Rate limited to 10 requests per second per IP, with a burst of 20. Only POST is accepted at /rpc. Administrative, debugging and account APIs are not served: admin_*, debug_*, personal_*, txpool_* and eth_accounts all return -32601. This endpoint holds no keys and cannot sign anything.
